Returns and Exchanges
This page is provided as a quick reference to our return and exchanges policy which is embodied in our Terms and Conditions and it is not intended to change, replace or be incorporated into the Terms and Conditions. In any conflict of meaning the Terms and Conditions take precedence.
Made to order goods
Most of our products are made especially for you against the order that you have created or agreed with us. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange or refund these goods if there is no fault with them. Please be aware that there is no legal right to a refund in these cases. Please check your dimensions and specifications very carefully before finally placing the order.
Returning unwanted goods
Those products that are not made to order can be returned up to 14 days after you have received them. They should be returned unused and undamaged in the original packaging materials or an equivalent, together with any paperwork that was included with them. If you do this you will be entitled to a full refund of the cost of the goods although you do have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us.
All of our products are warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. So if you find a fault or manufacturing defect within that time period we will replace or repair the defective goods, at our discretion, free of charge. Where an item is no longer available we will offer a substitute. If we send replacement goods we ask you to dispose of the defective goods in a environmentally responsible manner.
Returning goods to us
Firstly, for whatever reason you need to return goods, please contact us before returning them so we can agree with you the most practical way of ensuring your requirements are satisfied. If we ask you to return any goods you need to return them in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, using the original packing materials or an equivalent. Once we have received the returned goods. We will inspect the goods and refund accordingly.
